‎Study on Semiconductor Crystal Growth and Development of High-performance ‎Photoelectric Conversion Element Using Such Crystals‎‎ The research themes are "energy" and "space," two of keywords of the 21st century. Specifically, the development of high-performance solar cells and the establishment of new vapor deposition technologies utilizing a zero-gravity environment. 【Research Theme (1) Overview】 Close study on the relation between the film fabrication process and the film characteristics of CIS-based thin-film solar cells, and the optimization of thin-film solar cell fabrication process.
