Research summary
Mathematical model of retinal diseases
We construct the computer simulation using mathematical model to reproduce how the pathophysiological changes associated with retinal diseases. This classical model could describe the complex pathophysiological mechanisms of retina in response to light stimuli. The benefits of current study could quantitatively provide the essential information which is necessary to more potential therapies for patients suffering from retinal diseases.
