Research summary
(1) Speech text and character portrayal in Japanese language. (2) Use of novels in teaching Japanese language Study is made on the relationship between speech text expression and character portrayal in novels written for young girls and in light novels, from the viewpoint of representation theory, juvenile literature, and contents culture. Furthermore, study and analysis is being conducted in significance, methods, and effectiveness in the use of novels in medium to advanced class and advanced class Japanese language education.
