Research summary
Nutrition support and dietary education on the fields of sports When considering sports nutrition, it is necessary to correctly grasp the target persons and the meaning. The target persons could be a wide range of persons from actual athletes to persons supporting athletes. In addition, diet is significant for athletes to build their bodies, demonstrate their abilities corresponding to the characteristics of the sports and prevent injuries and body troubles. By learning sports nutrition with these characteristics, we can rediscover the daily enjoyment of eating and reconsider our own eating habits.
