Research summary
The development of advanced machining technology Japan has a top-class manufacturing technology and this causes the trade surplus of resourceless Japan. I develop an advanced machining technology with a focus on tools to maintain this Japan's advantage. [Research Subject (1) Outline] I am engaged in the research on the method to rapidly reproduce machining tools on processing machines. I have almost established the methods concerning the detachment technology of metal and organic membrane so far. [Research Subject (2) Outline] I am engaged in the research on abrasive technology when more than 3 kinds of solids exist in the area to be machined. One of the composite particle polishing methods is a machining method that solves most of the problems of the existing free abrasive polishing methods. [Research Subject (3) Outline] I am developing the system that can simply manufacture the tools corresponding to the needs of a user.
