Research summary
Studies on antioxidant and nitric oxide related to plant stress Plants are constantly exposed to both biotic and abiotic stress during their life. Regulation of antioxidant and nitric oxide plays pivotal role in plant growth and defense mechanism. Development of bio stimulant such as endophytic fungi and plant growth promoting bacteria (PGPR), also low molecular weight plant-based pesticides which involve the regulation of antioxidant and nitric oxide related genes and activities are studied. Native plants have special meaning in plant diversity. Characterization of genetic diversity in those native plants can enrich the knowledge about possible genes-related to survival in particular environment
